Whenever we're heading into a new season the colours of our wardrobe change, and although most colours are pretty predictable every year we have a new trendy colour. This year it's chocolate brown, and here is my first item of clothing in this shade. 

I don't know why I'm not really into brown, my husband loves it and I never seem to go for it when the choice is presented. I prefer black or other neutrals. Now I am a fashion blogger of some sorts I am aiming to try out most trends and I couldn't ignore this one!

Here we have a lovely flowy long skirt by ZARA. It seems like a simple item of clothing but it is very flattering and moves in the most lovely way. As it is still quite warm I have paired it with a white crop top with large buttons from ASOS (another trend) and although it is a simple look I think it's very pretty. 

I have gone for special accessories to make this outfit a little more special: I am wearing this amazing beaded black handbag from ZARA which I also showed you in this look: Snake Print Dress. 

It is a very striking bag, the beads are slightly shiny as they're multifaceted and it just sparkles. 

I am also wearing a thick double chain necklace from ZARA. I love it to pieces and I wear it with almost everything, it's such a statement!

The earrings are super large discs with tassels, yay, another fun trend this year and I think they were from H&M but I have to confess I can't really remember as they were a gift!

I'm not sure if chocolate is the colour for me but I do think the look is lovely and now I shall be wearing it with different shoes and a jacket for the coming months.
