As we're in September already the weather isn't as warm as last month and some days I feel I need an extra layer especially in the morning or late evening. Today I'll be showing you my casual outfit for a morning getting things done around the city.

I don't usually dress very casually; I spent most of my life dressing any old way so now I tend to make a real effort every single day. That doesn't mean that you can't look casual without looking like a slob. Thankfully nowadays fashion provides us with beautifully designed clothing and we can always look polished whatever the look we're going for. 

I really don't use my Converse trainers as much as I should. They're the black original ones which I bought on ASOS a couple of years ago. They go with almost any casual look and yet I don't wear them often as my feet get a little cold for some reason. 

The burgundy sweater is by Hard Rock Café, one of my favourite places to visit wherever I go in the world as I'm a rock chick at heart. This sweater I bought in Barcelona last November and it's actually quite fitted and very stylish, plus I like the colour!

I happened to pair it with an also burgundy red leather coat as it was still a little cold in the morning. This leather jacket is a little large on me but great to wear over thicker jumpers. I LOVE leather jackets and I have them in almost every colour!
