More Tom Ford Lips and Boys : Julian , Giacomo and James

I really thought I wasn't going to buy anymore Tom Ford Lips & Boys. There are 50 clutch-sized lipsticks named after men and I had originally picked up three shades because I wanted the small complimentary box to keep them in. Unfortunately they didn't send me the box as I had expected and I was quite happy with the three shades even though there were many more I wanted.
When the collection first launched the shade I most liked was Giacomo but it sold out almost immediately so I chose another three shades. I am pretty happy with them as you can read in my original post here, but after reading other reviews there were so many others that I would've liked to have tried.
Suddenly, something unexpected and amazing happened: the gorgeous Sunny from MostlySunny sent me a message telling me she could pick up Giacomo for me over in Belgium! I really couldn't resist the temptation so I ordered that plus another two shades. Thanks to her I was able to pick up another three amazing shades plus the cute complimentary box to keep them in! Sunny is an absolute babe!!
Let me show them to you:
Julian
I have to admit that I wanted this shade because of all the raving going on in the Specktra forums. I saw many photos of this lipstick and it seemed like the perfect my lips but better shade.
It's a full coverage cool-toned mauve pink with a satin finish and the formulation is amazing. It's very creamy and flattering and such a lovely colour to wear with almost everything! I don't have many cool toned pinks so I'm very happy with this shade.
Giacomo
For some reason this is the shade I had first fallen in love with when the collection was released. I'm not the only one because this is one of the shades that first sold out, so I wasn't expecting to buy it. Thanks to Sunny I'm able to have this gorgeous lipstick, and it's even better than I expected!
This is a warm toned medium pink with golden shimmer. It's the only one from my small Tom Ford collection with some shimmer to it and it's very beautiful and flattering. Once again the formulation is very good and extremely long lasting; it seems to leave a stain once it has worn out.
James
I fell in love with this shade when I saw it on Stacey from Expatmakeupaddict. It's a repromote of the Fall 2014 shade Twist of Fate so I actually have both lipsticks from that collection in mini-form (Richard and James).
This is a medium coral orange with a satin finish. It's more muted than Patrick and very appropriate for everyday. The formula is also outstanding in comparison, very creamy and makes my lips look plump.
I'm extremely happy with the three new shades I have been able to buy thanks to Sunny. They are even better than the first three because Flynn and Patrick can highlight dry lips whereas these three make my lips look lovely and a comfortable to wear. I am pleased with the six shades I have picked from the collection and even though there are many more I could buy I think I've got a nice set of boys hehehee.
If you can still pick them up I highly recommend you take a look at these lipsticks because they're a more affordable way to get some Tom Ford lipsticks and they're so darn cute!
Which are your faves?
