I wasn't expecting to have a beauty calendar this year because many sold out very quickly but my mum gave me a wonderful surprise when she appeared with this amazing beauty advent calendar! 

The first thing I thought when I saw this advent calendar is that it's enormous! I previously thought that the Boots N7 Advent Calendar was big but this one is much larger. It's also beautiful, it's golden on the outside with lovely white stars and it's white on the inside with the numbers in gold.

I noticed that some of the windows were slightly open which is a shame, but none of them were completely open. Perhaps they should make them a bit more secure in future so that you don't get a disappointment. 

There are twenty-four windows in various different sizes, each containing a beauty or makeup product. I am very excited to start opening this in December and finding out what's inside.
